Following Abdul Ahad’s trip to Sri Lanka, City Spice worked with award-winning Indian Cuisine chefs as well as Michelin starred chef Rupert Rowley, to create a vegan menu. This menu is the first to grace Brick Lane, and has been heavily applauded by the Evening Standard, The Metro as well as Time Out London.

Shahi Sahakari Thali
A perfect vegan dish from the King of Brick Lane, this delicious thali-style platter contains a mixture of uribeeshi biran, bombay aloo, begun daal gatta, chappati and rice. No wonder then, that the name Shahi Sahakari loosely translates as "The vegan king".
